  69. The Shareware version of International Cricket may be distributed as long as
  70. the following conditions are satisfied:

  72.         - International Cricket is identified as Shareware and that a
  73.           registration fee of at least 15 pounds (US$ 25) must be paid to the
  74.           author if it is found useful.
  75.  
  76.         - International Cricket must be distributed complete with no files
  77.           missing or altered.  All copyright notices and documentation must be
  78.           included.
  79.  
  80.         - The fee charged for distributing International Cricket does not
  81.           exceed 5 pounds or US$ 9.

  83.         - International Cricket may not appear in adverts, catalogs or any
  84.           other literature that describes it as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  85.           "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.  You may not list
  86.           International Cricket in adverts, catalogs or any other literature
  87.           as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE".  International Cricket is copyrighted
  88.           material and has never been in the public domain.

  90.         - BBS SysOps may distribute International Cricket as long as there are
  91.           no files removed from the original compressed file.  The SysOp
  92.           should inform the author that they are carrying International
  93.           Cricket.

  95.         - Disk Vendors choosing to distribute International Cricket should
  96.           send a copy of their catalog to the author along with a description
  97.           of how they define the Shareware concept to their customers.
  98.           Distributors who are recognised by the ASP as adhering to its
  99.           guidelines for distributing Shareware need only send their catalog.

  101.         - CD-ROM Vendors may include this file on Shareware CD-ROMs.  The
  102.           author should be notified in advance.  A complimentary copy of the
  103.           CD-ROM is requested to be sent to the author.

  105.         - Magazine cover disks/CD-ROMs compilers may include International
  106.           Cricket on the cover providing the author is contacted first and a
  107.           copy of any editorial in the magazine concerning International
  108.           Cricket is sent when the magazine is published.  The author will
  109.           provide a disk that mentions the magazine on the title screen.

  111.         - Rack vendors may distribute International Cricket as long as it is
  112.           not bundled with any other software and a complimentary copy of the
  113.           retail product is sent to the author.

  115.         - The author reserves the right to revoke any distribution licence
  116.           at any time without notice or reason.

  118. Where the author asks to be contacted it is acceptable to communicate by
  119. E-Mail providing the author has replied to your E-Mail.

  121. If a disk is included the latest Shareware version of International Cricket
  122. will be included with the reply.
